Hotel/Transportation
Hotel
You will need to make your own hotel reservations using our group code. After you submit the registration form for the conference, you must then make your own hotel reservation to reserve a room for you at that hotel.

While there are many other hotels around downtown Denver and throughout the city, we negotiated a reduced rate for hotel rooms at the Sheraton Denver for ILC participants. Even though you may be able to save a few dollars by staying at a hotel miles away from downtown Denver, please consider all the money you’ll have to pay for taxis, parking, and other transportation, as well as the time of fellowship you will miss out on due to commuting. The conference registration and most of the Receptions will take place in the Sheraton Hotel. All Main Sessions, Classes, Kid’s Program and the Sunday Service will be at the Colorado Convention Center a few blocks away.

The deadline to reserve a room under our block at the reduced rate is August 14, 2009. The group rate is offered from September 3 -7, as well as three days before and after the conference.  If you plan on coming to Denver early, or plan to stay after the conference, make your hotel reservations soon, as the rooms before and after the conference are on a first come first served basis.
