Do I register for housing at the hotel directly?
Yes. We will not be able to arrange hotel reservations for you. After you submit the registration form for the conference, you must then make your own hotel reservation to reserve a room for you at the Sheraton Denver hotel .
Should I stay at the hotel even if I could find free housing with Denver disciples at their homes?
While there are many other hotels around downtown Denver and throughout the city, we negotiated a great deal to get the hotel rooms at a reduced price for ILC attendees. We understand the desire to save money, but in order for us to be able ensure the low prices for registration; we really implore all disciples to stay in the hotel. Just think of all of the additional fellowship you will have with brothers and sisters while waiting for the elevator or sitting down at breakfast in the hotel lobby!

However, if third-world attendees have significant financial difficulties, please let us know, and we will try to arrange housing with disciples who live in the Denver area.

When should I book my flights?
Please book your flights as soon as possible. The sooner you book your flight, the cheaper it is likely to be.
Which airport do I fly to?
You will be flying into Denver International Airport (DEN) www.flydenver.com, which has direct airline flights from a number of countries. The airport is 24 miles and 45 minutes from downtown.
How should I get from the airport to the hotel?
Please see the Hotel/Transportation page for details on how to get to the Sheraton Denver Hotel. There will be limited shuttling by disciples.
Will I need a rental car?
No. The Convention Center is only a few blocks away from the Sheraton Hotel and a shuttle bus will be provided between the two venues. Per the Parking notes on the announcements page, parking is expensive and no longer available at the Sheraton. A free public Mall Ride bus travels up and down the 16th Street Mall, allowing for easy access to restaurants and shopping.
What if I need a formal Letter of Invitation?
Read and follow the instructions on the Travel Information page under Visa information.

Your Letter of Invitation can be obtained from the Denver Church of Christ. If you’d like the church to send you a Letter of Invitation, register for the ILC and if you visa is declined we will refund your cost.

All Registrants:

Leaders around the world are called upon to wear many hats. None of them is more important and fundamental to shepherding God’s people than Jesus’ call to love AS I HAVE LOVED YOU.
